Very old siva temple located on the mainroad of Padur. Small lingam placed on top of lotus base. Nandi and lingamoorthy seems to be very old. There is a kanniammam temple which is believed to be 1600 years old. During kumbabishekam in 1985 they found nandhi and sivalingam which was in broken state. Hence they replaced the Linga banam on top of old base itself. All other prahara idols are installed recently. Small temple built and daily pooja is happening.
There is a Mahavishunu temple behind this temple in a sayana kolam.Very peaceful and blissful.
