Moolavar: Sri Parasurameeswarar
Amman: Sri Gnambigai Ambal

A very old and beautiful temple in a serene atmosphere with all four sides having beautiful Paddy fields. The Concrete road leading the temple is on a straight line through the fields. The temple is facing west with an entrance arch on the south side. Balipedam and Nandhi are in front of the temple.

In goshtam you can see Vinayagar, Dakshinamurthy, Mahavishnu, Brahma and Durgai.Inside the mandapam you can see Vinayagar and Subramanian with Valli and Devasena. The sivalingam has a round Avudayar which shows it was was installed by kings.

The temple is old but renovated completely. There is no inscription on the adhisthana or on the walls. Looking at the arthamandapa pillars the temple may be 200 to 300 years old.

The temple opens by 6 am
