There is no separate sannadhi for Ambal, but Yoga Sakthi Amman in the form of procession deity is in the sanctum. In koshtam, Vinayagar, Dakshinamurthy, Maha Vishnu, Brahma and Durgai ( A new Durga was installed in front of the old murti )are in the koshtam. Koshta murtis are made of sand stone. Since sand stones murtis are eroded heavily due to age, lime plastering was done.

The sanctum sanctorum consists of sanctum, antarala, arthamandapam and a maha mandapam. The entrance to the sanctum is on the south side. The sanctum sanctorum was built on a simple padabandha adhisthana with tripatta kumuda. The structure above the adhisthana was built with brick. A 2 tier Vesara Vimana is above the prastaram. The prastharam is of kapotha style. The sanctum sanctorum is now supported with inclined brick structure, to avoid further damage to the original structure.
